Anti-Human Trafficking Policy
Effective Date: August 25, 2026 Last Updated: August 25, 2026
Model Plug LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("ModelPlug," "we," "us," or "our"), maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, sex trafficking, coercion, forced activity, deceptive recruitment, and sexual exploitation. This policy explains how we prevent, identify, and respond to these harms. It applies to all users, creators, and third parties and to all activity conducted on or through the Service, regardless of location, and operates alongside our Terms of Service, Complaint Policy, Content Removal Policy, 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement, and Privacy Policy.
1. Zero-Tolerance Commitment
ModelPlug prohibits any use of the Service that promotes, facilitates, or profits from human trafficking, sex trafficking, or physical abuse, consistent with 18 U.S.C. § 1591, the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA), FOSTA-SESTA, and applicable international law. There are no exceptions to this policy, and no commercial consideration outweighs it. Suspected violations are actioned immediately, ahead of all other moderation timelines.
2. Definitions
- Human trafficking — recruiting, harboring, transporting, providing, or obtaining a person for labor or services through force, fraud, or coercion.
- Sex trafficking — causing a person to engage in a commercial sex act through force, fraud, or coercion, or where the person is under 18 years of age.
- Coercion or forced activity — threats, intimidation, abuse of a position of power, debt bondage, withholding of identity documents, or any scheme intended to make a person believe that failing to perform an act would result in harm.
- Sexual exploitation — obtaining or attempting to obtain sexual content or services from a person through pressure, deception, intoxication, or abuse of vulnerability, or profiting from such conduct.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on or through the Service:
- creating, uploading, publishing, scheduling, or distributing content that depicts or promotes human trafficking, sex trafficking, coercion, forced activity, or exploitation;
- content involving any person under 18 years of age, in any context;
- content depicting any person who has not given valid, informed consent to be depicted and to have the content distributed;
- using the Service to advertise, arrange, or facilitate commercial sex acts involving force, fraud, coercion, or minors;
- recruiting, grooming, or deceptively soliciting any person to produce sexual content; and
- operating an account on behalf of another person without that person's informed, verifiable consent, or confiscating or controlling another person's identity documents, accounts, or earnings.
4. Prevention and Verification
- Creator verification. Every creator must verify their age and identity before using the Service, supported by our third-party verification provider as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Consent and records. Creators must obtain and maintain written consent and age-verification records for every person depicted in their content, as described in our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement.
- Moderation. Content transmitted through the Service is subject to review, and we act on red flags such as signs of coercion, third-party control, or the apparent presence of a minor.
5. How to Report a Concern
Anyone — with or without a ModelPlug account, and without payment — can report suspected trafficking, coercion, or exploitation:
- use our online Complaints & Content Removal form; or
- email hello@modelplug.com with the subject line "Trafficking Concern."
You may ask us to keep your identity confidential, and we will honor that request except where disclosure is required by law. Reports of this kind are escalated immediately — ahead of our standard complaint timelines — and every report receives a response. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services (911 in the United States) first.
6. Enforcement
When we determine that this policy has been violated, we will, as appropriate: remove the content immediately; suspend or terminate the responsible account; preserve evidence; notify our payment partners; and report the matter to law enforcement. Content involving a minor is additionally reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), consistent with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
7. Cooperation with Law Enforcement and Financial Partners
We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement — including subpoenas, preservation requests, and emergency disclosure requests — and we support the compliance programs of our acquirers, payment processors, and the card networks, including periodic reporting of complaints, flagged content, and the actions we took.
8. Victim Support Resources
If you or someone you know may be a victim of trafficking or exploitation:
- National Human Trafficking Hotline (US): 1-888-373-7888 (24/7), text 233733, or chat at humantraffickinghotline.org
