Complaints & Content Removal

Use this form to raise a complaint or ask us to remove content. You do not need an account, a login, or a payment. Anyone - including a person depicted in content - can submit a report.

• We acknowledge every report within 72 hours and resolve it within five (5) business days.
• Every report receives a response explaining what action was taken.
• Illegal content is removed immediately and reported to Segpay and the relevant authorities.
• If you are depicted in content without your consent, it is removed immediately unless valid consent can be shown; genuine disputes go to a neutral third party at our expense.
• If you believe a moderation or removal decision was made in error, you can appeal — select “Appeal a decision” below. If you disagree with the appeal outcome, you may request an independent review by a neutral third party at our expense.
